EU* 15€ / Free shipping for orders over 300€

Worldwide* 25€ / Free shipping for orders over 500€

Note: As your parcel is processed through customs, you may be charged for import duties, taxes and handling fees. Customs policies and import duties vary from country to country so unfortunately we can’t estimate these charges or take responsibility for the cost.

 

Refund Policy

Returns

At CVW Studio we make our range in small numbers and sometimes especially for you. We want you to find just the right pieces so feel free to chat with us about our styles, fabrics and any little details you want to know before placing your order.

If something doesn’t work for you, it’s ok! All you need to do is let us know via email (info@cvw-studio.com) and send the item(s) back in original condition within 14 days of when you received your parcel. Please take care when trying on your items and if you decide you would like to return something please ensure that it is unworn, unwashed and with labels still attached. Because we are a small label we can’t yet afford the cost of return postage* and we appreciate your understanding.

*Please ship return packages with a tracking number to ensure it is delivered safely. We are happy to provide you with a shipping label for return packages at the cost price, which will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Items

We take care to check every piece before wrapping and sending to you but if you find one of your items is faulty please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to repair the garment or offer a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, it could be due to some processing time needed before a refund is received into your account. If we have notified you that your refund has been processed but you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cvw-studio.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
