Halter Crop Top with Elastic Ties in Black with Green Contrast Neon Stitch "Zia"

Introducing "Zia" - 

A halter-neck top made from stretch fabric with a contrast twin needle top stitch, making this piece reversible to expose overlocked seams from the underside*. This top features a D-ring where the elastic can be pulled through, wrapped around the body and tied at the back to secure. The neck is closed at the back with an elastic loop and hook for comfort and security.
